How long are Workouts?

Workouts last 55 minutes.

What WILL you focus on in your workouts?

Workouts are designed to teach players the proper offensive and defensive fundamentals.  Particular emphasis is placed on ball handling, passing, rebounding, player movement and positioning on offense (e.g. picks, cuts, spacing) and man to man defensive principles. 

 

What does my child need to bring to workouts?

Gym shorts and gym shoes, a basketball (with your player’s name on it), and bottle of water to stay hydrated.

 

Are workouts open to boys and girls?

Yes

 

Will attending workouts advantage me in making the Jr. Knight’s Feeder team?

Participating in the training program doesn’t guarantee a spot on the Jr. Knights or Travel teams, but it will help your player develop the skills and edge needed to be successful at those tryouts

 

Will I get a refund if I don’t attend all workouts?

Refunds will not be offered once sessions have begun
